About ARC-TS


Advanced Research Computing — Technology Services provides access to and support for advanced computing resources. ARC-TS facilitates new and more powerful approaches to research challenges in fields ranging from physics to linguistics, and from engineering to medicine.

ARC-TS provides or facilitates access to:

  • A shared computing cluster, Flux, operated on an allocation basis. Researchers can buy as much or as little time as needed on our cluster, currently approximately 27,000 cores and growing.
  • A Hadoop cluster for data-science research.
  • Cloud computing services
  • Research storage
  • Regional and national high performance computing resources
  • Regional and national network resources.
