For any question about ARC-TS services, including high-performance computing, data storage, file transfer, machine learning, XSEDE, and more, email ARC-TS at arcts-support@umich.edu. This automatically submits a service request ticket to the Help Desk. The more information you provide us, the better we will be able to serve you.

ARC-TS, a division of ITS, collaborates closely with local units to provide support. Someone from ARC-TS or your unit will respond to your question, and you will see that as a message in your email inbox. Support is available during weekday business hours.

Virtual Office Hours

Virtual office hours, called CoderSpaces, are available on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Get help with machine learning, algorithms, modeling, coding, computing on a cluster, survey sampling, using records across multiple surveys, and more. Anyone doing any type of research at any skill level is welcome!
